This is a permanent role located at our client's Canberra office. This position requires shift work, including night shifts.As the selected candidate, you will:
- Manage IT Enterprise Operations Centre, ensuring smooth functioning of IT production systems and services.
- Demonstrate strong communication, team management, and prioritization skills.
- Possess generalist infrastructure knowledge across Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, Ansible, and networking.
- Utilize monitoring and logging systems such as Splunk, syslog, and Cloud Watch.
- Work with ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience managing an IT Enterprise Operations Centre.
- Strong communication, team management, and prioritization skills.
- Generalist infrastructure knowledge across various platforms.
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems.
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow.
