This is on the job learning with a very supportive Team and Management Complete the Apprenticeship within 3-4 years and receive the full qualification from the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) You will be paid on competency and not on tenure: eg. you could be paid Level 5 after 2 years but not receive your certification. Willing to stay employed after you have completed your Apprenticeship. What you’ll be doing: Undergo the O’Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O’Brien® Auto Technician Skills Development Program This program is designed to develop Auto Technician capabilities to the level required to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standards.
