Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is one of Australia’s most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club. We are passionate about bringing together our community, supporting local causes, and offering welcoming experiences for our members and community by delivering exceptional service.
The Role:
Parramatta Leagues Club has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Wok Chef with a passion for authentic Asian style cuisine, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This exciting role will allow the successful candidate to specialise in Asian cuisine and enjoy 4 days on 3 days off working arrangement, offering a great work life balance.
About you:
- Prior experience as a Wok Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or club environment.
- A passion for Asian style cuisine
- Relevant trade qualifications & experience in Commercial Cookery
