The Opportunity

Fulltime Store Manager position to work across roster of varied shift pattern, the store is open 7 days/week between the hours of 11.00am and Midnight.

What we are looking for

Reporting to the Area Manager, we are seeking individuals who are wanting to gain experience with Stir- fry WOK cooking with noodles and rice. Additionally you will be required to take customer orders using our Point of Sale (POS) In a friendly manner and lead a team.

To be a Manager in the Wok in a Box team, you need to have strong values, high levels of energy and a commitment to delivering high quality food and excellent customer service to all of our guests.

Implement and manage key performance indicators and competencies. Write rosters and manage labour. Control Stock and Inventory and maintain excellence in standards and cleanliness. 

The successful applicant will have 

A happy, friendly and energetic personality with prior supervisory and management experience in hospitality / fast food industries

Lead by example with a desire to deliver high quality customer service and training to the team as required.

Ability to maximise sales and profit through effective management of team and Restaurant operations
