Do you thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment where your skills can make a real difference?

Mimal Land Management is seeking a dedicated Women’s Ranger Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our mission to manage and protect the rich landscape of Arnhem Land.

The Organisation

At Mimal, we're not just a company - we're custodians of our country's living landscape. Our Indigenous Protected Area management plan reflects the culmination of extensive collaboration with over 20 clan groups, researchers, scientists, and Indigenous rangers. Together, we're on the brink of declaring an IPA across 18,300 square kilometres, marking a significant step towards preserving our natural and cultural treasures.

The Indigenous Mimal Rangers have been assisting people with customary management responsibilities to deliver fire, weed and feral animal management projects in an area of about 1.8M ha in south central Arnhem land since the late 1990s.
