- Maroochydore Women’s Reintegration Workers in Community x 1 (8am – 4pm)
After participating in a competitive tender process SERO4 and our program MARA are excited to announce we have been chosen as the new provider of the state-wide Women’s Re- Integration Service. We will have some new roles in Townsville, Cairns, Rockhampton and the Sunshine Coast, joining our SE Qld team.

Roles Brief Description
- The MARA Women’s Reintegration Worker’s (community) role is to advocate and facilitate the transition of women from custody into the community and to assist them to achieve positive and productive outcomes in the community. Based in the Community and MARA Sunshine Coast Office.
Position Salary Level and Benefits
- SCHADS Award (with incremental increases as per award)
- Access to a Fringe Benefits Tax free, fully maintained company car as required (to be used in business hours only)
- Voluntary Salary Packaging
- 4 weeks’ annual leave and 10 days personal leave
- 3 days additional leave in the Christmas/New Year break or TOIL in lieu
- Professional Supervision utilising the PASE model
- Team Building fun events
- Support to attend to cultural responsibilities
- External Supervision available if required (EAP)
