Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza Executive Chef with expertise in Woodfire Pizza Making to join our culinary team in Brunswick West. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in creating authentic and innovative Woodfire Pizzas for both our restaurant and retail business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Woodfire Pizza section of the kitchen.
- Ensure the highest quality of ingredients and preparation techniques in Woodfire Pizza Making.
- Vacuum seal and pack pizzas for our retail business.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role, with specific expertise in Woodfire Pizza Making
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough, sauce, and topping preparation
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for culinary arts and creativity in the kitchen
