Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on social media management and design, with a passion for driving engagement and brand visibility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing strategies and support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
3. Develop and implement engaging social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
4. Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other marketing materials using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
5. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
6. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and interact with followers to build a strong online community
7. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach
8. Support the maintenance of our website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO
9. Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities
10. Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams as needed

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in social media management and content creation
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Previous experience in marketing or sales support roles is a plus
