Elders has invested $25 million to establish a world-first, wool handling business and is looking for a Wool Compliance Support Officer in our newly built, state-of-the-art, warehouse.
The role will focus on maintaining registrations and certifications, facilitating traceability in the supply chain and supporting the wool sales team.
Responsibilities
Preparation of evidence for transaction certifications
Ensure designated certification on wool lots pre-sale
Maintain certifications database including Responsible Wool Standard (RWS), Authentico, Sustainawool
Liaise with certifiers
Review and provide feedback on auditing
Support District Wool Managers and ensure annual requirements are met
Review data at designated points to ensure program integrity
Support traceability reporting and projects
Support the Ravenhall team to coordinate the weekly wool auctions
