With such an iconic, essential business in the Australian landscape we are confident that you too will be proud to grow your career at Elders and wear the pink shirt.About the roleElders has invested $25 million to establish a world-first, wool handling business and is looking for a Wool Compliance Support Officer in our newly built, state-of-the-art, warehouse.Our Elders Wool Marketing Support Officers support our wool certification and traceability services.The role will focus on maintaining registrations and certifications, facilitating traceability in the supply chain and supporting the wool sales team.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of evidence for transaction certificationsEnsure designated certification on wool lots pre-saleMaintain certifications database including Responsible Wool Standard (RWS), Authentico, SustainawoolLiaise with certifiersReview and provide feedback on auditingSupport District Wool Managers and ensure annual requirements are metReview data at designated points to ensure program integritySupport traceability reporting and projectsSupport the Ravenhall team to coordinate the weekly wool auctionsAbout youSound organisational and time management skills including competence in Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.A basic knowledge of the agricultural industry and a general knowledge of the wool industry would be an advantage.Good communication skillsHigh level attention to detailReliableA desire to learn and be committed to the teamRelevant administration qualifications desirableAbout EldersElders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
