• Must reside in one of the following countries: USA, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Peru, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Bolivia, Panama, Dominican Republic, Spain, Trinidad & Tobago.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Corporate Travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized support to corporate clients.
• Stay updated on Corporate Travel trends, policies, and exclusive offers.
• Utilize the host agency’s advanced tools and resources to manage travel itineraries efficiently.
• Negotiate and secure the best travel deals for clients.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate clients through networking and relationship-building.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in Corporate Travel management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients’ needs.
