The OTM embodies CTM's commitment to exceptional customer service and demonstrates proficiency in organizational skills, time management, and critical thinking to consistently meet or surpass client expectations. Prior experience in the travel industry is essential, with system knowledge of Sabre and Tramada considered advantageous. We're seeking an individual with robust leadership and communication skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach and professionalism.

- Previous Management Experience 4 years
- A travel industry background
- Technological Proficiency with Strong Troubleshooting Skills
