How you will make an impact
The WHS Administrator performs key administrative activities for the injury management team and WHS functions within the Employee Relations Department at Cabrini Health.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing documentation and data related to workers' compensation and injury management such as claim forms, medical certificates, Workcover payments and reimbursements from the insurer.
Processing invoices for injury management and WHS.
Processing under excess medical and associated expenses through the insurer.
Providing administrative support to WHS team on ad hoc basis.
About you
Along with an interest in building your skills in Work Health and safety, you will also have the following:
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to create reports and present data in a meaningful way.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with IT systems, following correct procedures.
Proficiency in the range of computer business applications especially MS Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel.
Desirable skills/experience:
Experience with payroll, procurement, HRIS, WHS and IM systems such as WorkDay, Oracle/JD Edwards, Dimensions, Riskman and Solv;
Previous experience in the supporting colleagues involved in management of workers compensation claims and co-ordinating the rehabilitation of injured employees.
Tertiary qualifications in WHS/IM/Allied Health/human resources and/or related aeras or working towards.
Knowledge of the Victorian health system (public and/or private).
