What you will doYou will be responsible for creating clear work instruction and supporting documents for contractors and reviewing feedback to ensure quality requirements are met.· Work pack development – scoping, documenting and developing the work package so work scope is clear.· Liaising with contractors to provide technical support and advise· Presenting on outcomes, learnings and improvements· Coordination of compliance monitoring and reviewing inspection reports· Provide training and mentoring to field based staff · Provide feedback, interpretation and reporting of Safe Job Planning outcomes to internal stakeholders About youYou work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks and are driven to increase business efficiency through process improvements. You have knowledge of asset management principles as well as operations and maintenance practices.
