An interesting role at a good client of ours who are bringing their Workday support functions in house and requires a Workday consultant to support this transition.
The role will be to:
- Work with the business to understand the requirements, translate them into functions solutions and then configure the system
- Main modules are HCM / Recruitment / Learning
- Peel back on implementation work to correct any issues
- Work with the business
Requirements
- Must be Workday Pro Certified
- Strong Stakeholder management experience and ability to communicate with the business
- Solutions focussed
- Has a strong understanding of Workday system and knows its limitations
This is a 12 month FTC role looking to start ASAP
