A leading organisation in the finance industry is seeking a savvy Workday Technical Lead with Adaptive Planning expertise to drive initiatives on their Workday platform. The Workday Technical Lead will need hands-on experience to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday platform.
Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday implementation and support, with a focus on HCM, Finance, and Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver top-notch solutions.
• Configure Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business needs and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate and lead vendor partners

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or Finance, including configuration, integrations, and report development.
• Strong proficiency in Adaptive Planning, with a proven track record of successful implementations and optimizations.
• Experience leading Workday projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
