About the Role: As we grow, we seek a dedicated and proactive Workflow Administrator to be an integral part of our workflow process, delivering first class customer service to our valued clients. In this pivotal role, you'll be a reliable bridge and key point of contact between our assessors and clients, ensuring seamless communication and administration, from start to finish.
Role Responsibilities:
- Customer Connection: Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring the Workflow Team provides exemplary service.
- Workflow: Coordinate job allocation, prioritising tasks, monitor progress and deadlines.
- Project Support: Aid the Energy Efficiency Team with the timely preparation of reports and documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee processes to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction. Verify the accuracy on all documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Administration or a similar role.
- Education: Relevant Administrative or Business qualifications (advantageous).
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong written and verbal communication.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the building industry, administration, bookkeeping, or scheduling (advantageous).
- Customer Service Focus: Commitment to exceptional service across all channels.
- Communication & Attention to Detail: Clarity and precision in all communications.
Important Application Details:
- Must reside in WA and commute to Wangara daily.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted and required to undergo skill tests.
Hours:
- 25 hours per week | Monday to Friday: 10:30 am - 3:30 pm.
- Flexibility to fill in for morning shifts starting at 6:30 am as needed is essential.
- Applicants MUST be able to commence work immediately or within a week of the job offer.
