An Employment Consultants Day involves:
- Creating and sourcing employment opportunities for your clients
- Supporting and helping your clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure employment
- Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders
- Building rapport and supporting our clients to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment through training and other support services
- Creating, tailoring, and implementing a partnered job plan with the client to support them during their employment journey and into sustainable employment
- Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations
About You:
- Passionate about working with our clients and local community networks
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Experience working in a performance driven environment
