We are looking for a Workforce Pathway Administrator to join our Regional Management team. The working location may be negotiable between Bathurst, Dubbo or Orange, NSW.
The vacancy is ongoing and will work Full Time, 75 hours per fortnight. Part Time hours may also be considered for the right candidate

What will I do?
- Support workforce development across the organisation for allied health and mental health
- Assist with student placement, psychology interns and new graduate workforce strategies
- Coordinate and evaluate the delivery of student and graduate placements across our programs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Workforce Pathways
- Act as the point of contact for students, graduates, supervisors, and management
- Provide administrative and coordination support as part of the Regional Management team.

What do I need?
- Qualifications or experience in administration, health or relevant discipline
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across a range of stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Advanced computer skills, including the use of MS Office, accurate data entry and report writing
- Valid driver’s licence and a willingness to travel within our service footprint for work purposes
