Additionally, LiveBetter provides support to customers through a broad range of Children Services, Out of Home Care, Community Transport, Home Modification and Clinical Services.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Rostering Services, the Senior Rostering Services Officer leads a team of up to five Rostering Officers. They play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation to coordinate and manage intricate staffing and client scheduling across the organisation. Their role is crucial in ensuring customer centred and timely delivery of services in compliance with both external regulations and internal standards.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Partner with service delivery teams to support the required outcomes for customers and the organisation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages consistent processes and continuous improvement.
- Undertaking complex staffing and client scheduling across multiple platforms.
- Adhering to record management policies and processes.
- Collaborating with various provide rostering and workforce support.
- Proven experience to manage and prioritise competing workloads.
About You
You'll be a proactive and driven leader dedicated to guiding a team in meeting complex workforce demands. With an ideal background in rostering and coordination, the successful candidate will have:
- Relevant qualifications Administration or Community Services and/or significant high-level experience in a similarly relevant role.
- Significant customer service experience with a track record working collaboratively to deliver great customer outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to understand awards and legislative requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, advocacy and networking skills.
