TwoScots are partnering with a disability services provider based in Armadale. This organisation is a leader in the sector and pride themselves on their values driven services in Disability Support, and are now seeking a Workforce Planner to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Overseeing the services rostering function, rolling over employee rosters and managing shift swaps.
- Auditing timesheets for weekly payroll.
- Responding to phone calls and emails
- Building, generating and running reports.
- Other ad hoc duties as required
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- 2-3 years' experience in a rostering or scheduling role, preferably in the Disability Sector.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS and Nurses Award.
- Strong systems knowledge
- Ability to manage priorities against multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
