About the role:
We are currently seeking to recruit experienced Schedulers to join our growing and dedicated team. These roles will work collaboratively with the Operations & Administration teams to develop detailed and optimised work schedules and ensure timely delivery of our metering program of works for our client Western Power.
This is a high energy, dynamic working environment requiring the backing of flexible, approachable and self-driven individuals.
These positions will have a start date of early July 2024 and will be based out of a new office location to suit our new contract (exact location to be confirmed).
The role will include:
- Planning and scheduling field work (Electricians) to maximise efficiency
- Ensuring client queries are acknowledged and answered
- Reviewing work scheduled to ensure KPI’s are being met
- Organising and creating project reports and updates
- Providing support to our field team
- Performing general administrative support duties and data entry
About you:
- Have previous administration, rostering, or scheduling experience (preferably in the trade industry but not essential).
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Extensive customer service experience with the ability to deal with a range of enquiries.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced Computer Skills with the ability to learn new systems with ease.
- Excellent attention to detail in all areas of administration.
- Demonstrated initiative in implementing process improvements.
