Workforce Planning Analyst - Noc (Aviation)

Reporting
Working with various stakeholders, review data and produce clear and professional reports with the help of appropriate and validated data source Generate other reports as requested – data development, management, integration and validation.

Data Logs
Assist the team to develop, produce and maintain data logs and adhoc reports related to the Workforce Planning department.

Data Evaluation
Evaluating the data for impacting airport operation, and help the Workforce Planning team in forecasting accurately.

Attrition & Leave Reporting
Ensuring the attrition file and leave planning files are up to date and ensuring staffing levels are kept to agreed parameters.

Data Development
Develop documentation and data flow diagrams to maintain accurate metadata and data lineage.

Scheduling future requirements
Liaise with the Learning & Development department for future induction classes.

Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and escalate formal customer complaints to the manager. Handle customer issues and escalate major complaints
