Workplace / First Aid Trainer
Permanent full-time (38 hours) per week role. Total remuneration package is $65,000 – $80,000 per year (depending on skill set) inclusive of salary, employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading).

What you’ll do with us
As a PARCOR Workplace Trainer and Assessor, you will:
- Deliver training and assessment to a high standard and in line with the course outline and training package requirements.
- Pre and post course planning.
- Contribute towards course development using your subject matter expertise.
- Provide accurate advice to clients regarding safety and training related matters.
- Collect and maintain student records in accordance with PARCOR procedures.
- Maintain equipment used for training delivery.
- Participate in assessment validation and moderation.
- Consult with industry regarding training package and assessment requirements.
- Develop and build positive client relationships.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and fun workplace.
To be successful you will have these essential requirements:
- Demonstrated interest and experience in industry-based Workplace Health and Safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of digital technology tools including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Hold a VIC ‘C’ class drivers' licence with a satisfactory safe driving record and a requirement to maintain the safe driving record throughout employment.
- Ability to manage lifting, carrying, standing, and kneeling as a genuine occupational requirement.
- Willingness to work across and ability to travel to multiple work locations out of usual business hours.
- Ability to provide a National Police Check
- Ability to provide a Working with Children Check
