In this role, you'll:
Join our Western Plains Division as a Full Time Works Supervisor, based in Dubbo, NSW.
Reporting to the Project Engineer, this role will see you lead a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of road construction and maintenance works to ensure delivery in accordance with time, quality and scope requirements. About you
You are a driven individual with leadership experience in the road construction and maintenance industry, looking for an opportunity to lead frontline teams in the delivery of road infrastructure projects. In addition to your extensive road construction and maintenance experience, you are confident both working within and leading construction staff, contractors, and subcontractors on site. Your collaborative mindset, enthusiasm and great communication skills allow you to manage staff effectively, while your time management and organisational skills will allow you to stay in control in a dynamic environment. Ideally you will hold qualifications in frontline leadership and/or Civil Construction and hold relevant licenses/ tickets such as Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan (PWZTMP). This role will involve working on site at various projects throughout the Western Plains area, and therefore you must possess a current motor vehicle driver’s licence and be available to attend after hour’s emergency callouts/work outside normal working hours when required.
