Why we need youThis position presents a unique opportunity for qualified and experienced candidate to join Main Roads as Works Supervisor in the South West region to supervise the delivery of road and bridge works by Direct Management and Minor Capital Works as well as the opportunity to supervise maintenance crews when required.You will ensure that works are undertaken in accordance with technical specifications and undertake inspections and audits of completed works and provide advice and assistance in the preparation and progress of key plans and programs for the Region.To be successful you will be:experienced in road and/or bridge construction and maintenanceexperienced in pavement construction, bituminous surfacing and asphalting processes and techniquesdemonstrate the ability to supervise resourcesa highly motivated individual who thrives on a challengea good communicator with an ability work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
