- Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of architectural door hardware - Oversee the operation of CNC machine, ensuring optimal performance, maintenance and safety
- Ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organised work area - Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Background in CNC machine operation is ideal
- Attention to detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistencies
- Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to workplace regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
