Form of workWe have an awesome opportunity that has become available for a Property Manager looking to get into Commercial Property Management and be part of our growing, award-winning organisation and Reliance Commercial Team.
With training and support provided, the ideal candidate will have experience in managing a portfolio end-to-end in either residential or commercial.
Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- End-to-end portfolio management with remote trust accounting support
- Maintain regular communication with tenants and landlords
- Liaise with lawyers to coordinate the completion of lease agreements
- Manage rental properties by advertising and securing tenants, negotiating rent, and enforcing leases
- Ensure the property financial objectives of landlords are being met by collecting rents and any other payments by the due dates and communicating with the landlords about their short and long-term goals for the property
- Prepare detailed entry and exit reports
- Prepare and attend VCAT and Magistrates hearings, as required
- Understand and comply with relevant legislation and compliance
- Be a team player and support the overall commercial team when needed

The ideal applicant will have:
- Minimum qualification of Victorian Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate IV in Real Estate
- Proven experience in end-to-end property management with either residential or commercial properties in Victoria
- Experience using real estate software such as Agentbox and PropertyMe (highly desirable)
- Ability to work under high pressure with high attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, with diverse backgrounds
- Must have a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle to use for work
- Must be willing to provide a valid Police Check
