Altrad are seeking Boilermakers for work within our Kwinana and AMC Henderson Fabrication Facilities. Working closely with subject matter experts, we are committed to your future, presenting industry leading up-skilling opportunities and supporting your potential. Let’s fly together!
- Location – Kwinana Beach or AMC Henderson
- EOI for – Ongoing full-time work in our heavy structural fabrication workshop.
- Work hours - Monday – Friday 10hr days, occasional weekends and overtime when required
- Rates – $40.67 + penalties after 36hrs, + Attendance allowance and tool allowance, additional income protection.
About you
- Minimum 2 years post trade experience within a workshop environment
- Good knowledge and understanding of drawings and fabricating to tolerances
- Comfortable in confined spaces, working at heights and with physically demanding tasks
- Previous experience in the use of overhead cranes desirable
- Dogging and rigging tickets desirable
- Australian Recognised Trade Qualification – Fabrication
- Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:
- OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
- Working at Heights (within 3 years)
- Confined Space Entry (within 3 years)
- Dogging (desirable not essential)
- Rigging (desirable bot essential)
- Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
- This is a local position, interstate and overseas application will not be accepted.
