AddressRonco are the dealers for TIDD Pick and carry cranes, Scheuerle SPMT's, XCMG and HYVA. We require a competent workshop manger to run our facility in Maddington. The workshop is fully equipped. The team that you will lead consists of 12 technicians and 2 apprentices.
The right candidate should have:
- The ability to get the best results from his team, whilst being fully supported by management;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the management of a repair facility;
- Trade qualified
- Be able to schedule workshop workloads to meet the desired result being but not limited to: customers expectations, quality and budget;
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook etc;
- Be able to read and fully understand OEM manuals;
- Have the ability to Shepard apprentices to the goal of tradesman;
- Have the competency to assist your team in fault finding;
- Ability to self manage daily workloads
The package consists of a salary and a profit share scheme.
