Job Summary:

Siebtechnik Tema has an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor in our Sydney manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible and manage the manufacturing process schedule to meet production demands, and maintaining a safe working environment. This hands-on role will involve managing workflows, job allocations to staff, and collaborating with our Production Coordinator. The Factory Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Responsibilities:

- Supervise factory staff in their daily tasks

- Monitor workflows and allocate jobs accordingly

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment 

- Promote safety behaviours among employees 

- Manage work orders to meet productivity targets and quality standards 

Qualifications:

- Mechanical Trade background

- Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles 

- Proven track record of supervisory experience 

-Certification in health & safety training is an asset
