We are currently seeking talented Workshop Supervisor with Electrical & 4WD Accessory Fitter experience to join our team in Oakleigh.
Reporting directly to the Retail Branch Manager, the applicant will have great mechanical skills as well as have a sound knowledge of automotive fitting principles, auto electrics and have a current driver's license.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Fitting of a very broad range of automotive aftermarket accessories to a wide range of both off road, recreational passenger and trade vehicles
- Mange the workshop team and daily job requirements.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely manner and with the greatest respect to our customer's vehicles.
- Working closely with the retail team to ensure that all work is carried out on time and to our customer's expectations.
- Helping the team maintain the excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Ideally your skills and experience will include:
- Ready to step up to a supervisory role.
- Highly developed automotive workshop skills including an energetic and inspirational style.
- Stong automotive fitting and/or mechanical skills obtained in a workshop environment.
- Ideally some Auto Electrical skills or experience
- Great attention to detail - working on what in many cases will be the most expensive asset that our customers will buy.
