About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor with a specialization in Heavy Diesel Fitting to join our site-based team in Newman. We are seeking an individual who has proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor, or you may be a HD Fitter who is eager to step up and lead with passion and capability. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our workshop operations and contribute to the success of our clients Iron Ore project. The role would suit a local applicant living in or around the Newman area or you have the opportunity to Fly In Fly Out of Perth.
About You
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Willing to be hands on as required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of workmanship and safety
- Background experience working on CAT D9 / 336 / 12M / 924-950 and Iveco Trakker 6x6 Trucks desirable
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor holder highly desirable
