We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced administrator to join our fabulous team. This is a Permanent Part-Time, Job Share position with a minimum of 3 days per week (22.8 hours).
Must be willing to increase to 5 days per week when the job share colleague is on leave. Must have a recent and sound knowledge of MYOB and be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Should be an outstanding team player, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Accuracy is absolutely paramount in this role. Must be organised, manage time effectively and be able to multi-task. The candidate should demonstrate great communication and precision with spelling and grammar.
An understanding of accounts payable and receivable is required. Daily tasks will include customer invoicing, approving supplier invoices for payment, supporting the sales team, data entry and general administrative duties. Two weeks of full time paid training will be provided.
