Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
To provide a high standard of general oral health care, health education and regularly manage patients with more complex treatment needs at facilities across Western Sydney Local Health District. The Dental officer will work in a variety of specialist/generalist clinics thereby expanding their skillset.

Essential Requirements: * License: AHPRA
- Qualification: Bachelor of Dental Surgery
- Experience in the management of patients with complex medical conditions and complex dental needs.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and problem solving in a clinical situation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with a range of individuals including the general public.
- A demonstrated understanding of and commitment to a preventative / population health approach to patient care.
- A demonstrated ability to work within a large team and independently.
- A demonstrated commitment to continuing education.
- Proven record of providing support to junior clinicians and support staff.
