The Role

• Strong understanding of XPLAN to maintain site administration settings, thread, task, opportunity and case templates, in-house SMAs, financial tools etc.
• Basic understanding of elements within XPLAN site administration and Portfolios (IPS).
• Reviewing of various business reports and alerts to ensure data integrity is maintained.
• Liaison with team to provide ad hoc 1:1 and team training for existing and newly established functionalities.
• Extensive understanding of the business’ client service standards, brand standards, communication standards and operational efficiency manual.
• An understanding of financial advice license standards and the compliance environment the business works in.
• Identifying business opportunities and ensuring project management process for solution design, consultation, delivery, rollout and training.
• Identification of opportunities for process improvement to automate business activities or reduce risk/error.
• Responding to urgent or escalated support enquiries.

About You

• At least 5 years’ experience in the financial planning industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate complex concepts in written training.
• An understanding of the trends in the financial advice industry.
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
• Project management and organisational skills.
• Professional acumen.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and be proactive.
