Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our clients' onboarding and workflow – from initial contact to annual review.
This role is offered on a part-time basis, expecting 25 hours per week (evenly across Monday - Friday).
Responsibilities:
- Take control of the new client onboarding, implementation and review workflow.
- Be the point of contact for clients and assist with any queries in a timely manner.
- Oversee the engagement and renewal of fee consents.
- Update Xplan to ensure client records are accurate.
- Liaise with referral partners providing updates on mutual clients progress.
- Stay abreast of changes in legislation and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address queries.
About You:
- Must have experience working in a financial advice firm, completing the various tasks listed above.
- Must have experience with Xplan.
- Excellent communication skills and highly organised.
- Knowledge around SMSF desired.
