As part of our continuing growth, we require a self-motivated Yard Coordinator to assist with our daily running duties at Geelong.

About this Role:
We are seeking a well-organized, motivated, and energetic person who has a positive mindset and a can-do attitude. This role will be primarily the unloading of containers, loading of trucks, and managing the logistics to meet customers' needs and timelines. Whilst you will initially be working solo, it is expected that further staff will be required to support the growth of the business.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders
- Load and unload trucks, and containers.
- Work with category manager to service customer needs.
- Computer skills for emailing, processing orders, and other duties.
To be considered for this role you will need to be:
- Well organised with attention to time management.
- Great communication and attention to detail.
- Experience in coordinating logistics is ideal, but not essential.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-driven and able to work alone.
- Have a positive attitude and be reliable in attendance.
- Current Driver’s License
- Forklift License
- WHS Experience desired
While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, we encourage individuals who have a passion for the Transport and Logistics Industry with a strong desire to advance their careers to apply.
