We do more than collect the bin from your street we also; convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a JJ’s Yard Hand / Depot Labourer, you will perform general yard maintenance and cleanliness and carry out non-technical maintenance in our Toowoomba Depot and operate heavy machinery in our transfer station.
On a day-to-day basis, this role will require you to complete bin repairs and maintenance, bin preparation, vehicle washing and detailing, and general labouring duties.
We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
Early starts (between 6am-7am) and early finishes.
DUTIES:
- Proactive cleaning & maintenance of site buildings, wash bays and gardens/grounds
- Washing, repairing and assembly of waste bins
- General housekeeping and maintenance duties
- Maintaining routine work records and inventories
- Various manual handling tasks
- Maintaining routine work records and inventories
- Carrying out non-technical maintenance tasks internally and externally as required
- Forklift operation
- Loader and Material Handler operation
ABOUT YOU:
- No Industry Experience Required
- Manual car licence (essential)
