Yard Hand/Ta With Forklift License

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, very broadly this role will be responsible for the Henderson yard layout and structure, in terms of equipment movements around the yard.
  
Key duties:

• Assist with managing all equipment coming into the Yard as per the goods in and demobilization process’s within a timely manner.
• Work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Ensure all assets returning to the yard are tagged according to the EnerMech traffic light tag system.
• Equipment maintenance and fault reporting.
• Safely load and unload all deliveries.
• Operate the forklift safely
• Drive, load, and unload trucks.
• Ensure all equipment has the correct paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Support mechanical trades as needed.
• Ensure safe work environment by keeping areas in order 

The successful candidate must have the following licenses and attributes:

• Current driver’s license
• High risk Forklift License
• HR license advantageous 
• Demonstrated personal commitment to and ownership of HSE practices.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures.
• Ability to use initiative and problem solve.
