About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Yardperson to join our team in Wingfield, SA.
Reporting to our Team Leader, you will:
- Load and unload fleet from vehicles, always ensuring safe loading and unloading procedures are adhered to
- Clean and prepare fleet & equipment ready for hire
- Inspect fleet upon return and immediately report any customer fleet damage
- Assist with basic maintenance of non high-risk fleet & equipment
- Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed and submitted
- Assist in maintaining effective stock control of fleet including assisting in stocktakes and the asset disposal process
Skills and Experience
- Forklift licence (essential)
- EWP licence (highly regarded)
- Current driver's licence
- Experience in loading and unloading of equipment
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated with a positive attitude towards workplace safety
