Coxons Group Australia has a great opportunity for a Yardperson to join our team in Mackay to assist the Storeperson and Operations Team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor and working closely with the Storeperson and Leading Hands, the successful candidate be responsible for: 

• Maintaining the laydown areas
• Loading and unloading goods 
• Transferring components between bays   
• Collecting and delivering goods 
• Safe operation of forklift and MR truck 

About You
You are a positive contributor and team player. You are a team player, motivated and organised. We're looking for someone who has:

• A strong commitment to health and safety
• At least 2 years of experience as a Yardperson.
• Forklift license
• MR truck license 
• The ability to follow procedures and directions
• The ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication
• Excellent health with a capacity to perform manual work
• A strong work ethic and is reliable and punctual
