The Manager, Digital Strategy is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, control and project management of new digital initiatives, systems, services or products across the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network's Digital Health portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for undertaking the following functions:
- Establishing, implementing and reviewing Project Management strategies for a diverse range of digital projects across the Local Health Network including key enterprise products, or a suite of products, and accepts product releases on behalf of the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.
- Providing expert leadership in Digital Health Management, Planning and Implementation.
- Day to day management of existing and emerging digital and telehealth systems of the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.
- Manage key relationships with product vendors and works collaboratively with the business, third parties and other Digital Health SA and DHW teams to define and implement program release.
- Evaluation of critical business improvement programs, projects and services to drive modernization of business processes across the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network through the identification and adoption of digital technologies.
Applicants must have an appropriate qualification or experience in Information Technology and/or Project Management or equivalent.
Extensive experience required in:
- Project management and all aspects of release and change management in a large and complex organisation including planning, scheduling, controlling, managing and implementing a diverse range of ICT projects using a range of project management methodologies;
- Vendor and stakeholder engagement including managing suppliers of third-party software and hardware services and negotiating and managing contracts and service level agreements;
- Project budget management and control;
- Mentoring and coordinating staff;
- Preparing and presenting reports, briefings and correspondence;
- Establishing, maintaining and reviewing systems, practices, protocols and procedures;
- Undertaking research activities (including collecting, analysing, and consolidating) and reporting outcomes.
