IMPACT Community Services Limited (IMPACT) is a high profile, community owned organisation supporting the most vulnerable and marginalised members of our community. Our Get Set For Work program helps young people aged between 15 - 19, to gain employability and life skills along with education and training. We are looking to employ a suitably qualified Youth Coach for a 12 month period who is passionate about helping young people make sustainable change.
We are looking for Youth Coach who can:
- Recruit and engage eligible, disconnected young people
- Develop a Training and Support plan in collaboration with clients
- Partner with clients to help them address any barriers
- Facilitate group sessions in life skills with clients
- Supports clients to move into employment or accredited training

- Have experience working within the youth sector
- Can effectively partner with young people
- Can coordinate clients in a supportive manner to engage in mainstream training and employment.
- Enjoy working independently with a defined caseload
- Like facilitating small group sessions and working one-on-one with youth
