We offer more than 400 courses, from VCE/VCM/VETDSS, through to nationally accredited qualifications such as certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, degrees, graduate certificates, graduate diplomas and short courses.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Youth Programs Coordinator, you are accountable for coordinating the effective delivery of administrative processes and customer services related to the delivery of VCE and VCE Vocational Major (VCE-VM) programs to senior secondary school students across Chisholm campuses.

Your key accountabilities will include -

  • Coordinate the VCE and VCE-VM application to enrolment process including the management of the online application portal, referral of VETDSS preferences, timetables, and placement into student groups
  • Provide day to day administration tasks relating to the role, including the archival of any student documentation and course amendments
  • Provide high quality and timely customer service to a broad range of clients including students, schools and other education focussed organisations
  • Facilitate the booking of VETDSS pathway programs for Chisholm’s VCE-VM and VCE students
  • Provide regular reports on the status of VCE and VCE-VM student enrolment data and program details
  • Facilitate the VCAA GAT and external Examinations including seating plans, secure receipt, and storage of exam material, and other tasks to support Education Managers 

ABOUT YOU

You will have sound organisational and work planning skills along with excellent written and verbal communication. Your good presentation, interpersonal and public relations skills will see you succeed in this role.
 
You will also have

  • A strong understanding of the senior secondary school system and the Vocational Education and Training sector. 
  •  Experience coordinating VETDSS, VCAL or VCE programs and administrative operations would be desirable.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience in a technical and administrative field, or a suitable combination of relevant qualifications and experience.
