About you
We are currently recruiting casual Youth workers with a shared perception of improving and supporting the day to day lives of the young people in our care.

- Able to follow policies and procedures.
- Willingness to travel to different locations in the greater Sydney area.

How you will support Young People:
- Empowering young people to make positive and informed life choices.
- Providing personal care to young people and assisting with their daily routines.
- Engaging and communicating with the young people in your care
- Assisting in domestic tasks, shopping, cleaning, meal prep.
- Administrating Medication
- Implementation of the behaviour support plans.
- Write detailed and accurate daily shift notes.
- Follow organisational policies, including Occupational Health and Safety
Requirements:
- Have a full NSW Driver's Licence and a Car
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Current Working with Children's Check
- 6 months of paid and recent experience as a Youth Support Worker within a residential setting.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Medicare Evidence of 2 COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Minimum Cert IV in Youth Support / Diploma of Community Services
- Current availability to work
