As a ZARA Head Cashier, you are based in the center of the action - the store! You are leading the cashier team within the store across all departments; and ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

The Role

• Leading and motivating cashier team within the store in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
• Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions including awareness of new arrivals, best sellers and offering alternatives
• Taking primary responsibility for till operations and security within the store and driving excellent customer service at the cash desk
• Investigating, reporting and resolving discrepancies
• Planning and managing the rosters for the cashier team
• Engaging with relevant training and development of the team (as directed by management)

About You

• 3 or more years’ experience in delivering outstanding customer service
• A minimum of 2 years cash handling & POS experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
• The ability to motivate and train future ZARA leaders
• Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
