About the Role
We are currently seeking applications from experienced Zero Harm Advisors to join our Industrial and Energy business to assist with shutdowns to a market leading client. The Zero Harm Advisor will be the onsite focus point for all Safety issues. Continually maintains safety for self and others as a top priority. Understands HSE Policy and own obligations.
About You
- Minimum qualification of Certificate IV in WHS
- Possess a construction white card
- Qualifications in confined space, working at heights, first aid and Drug and Alcohol Screening are preferred
- WHS exposure gained within a high-risk industry preferably power generation or heavy industrial
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to evaluate and implement Zero Harm policies and procedures and ensure compliance
- Ability to conduct audits; investigations of safety issues and assist in developing improvement plans based on findings
- Demonstrated ability to develop Zero Harm improvement plans to drive and promote proactive safety awareness programs
