This role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. A flexible, hybrid work environment ensures a great work-life balance - this is a Geelong based position and requires some time spent in office. This is a full time position open to Australian Citizens only.
About the Role
The Marketing Communications Branch enhances the agency's reputation amongst key stakeholders. The branch delivers strategic and impactful marketing and digital solutions, supported by market research and insights.
The Marketing Communications Branch aims to build proactive engagement and create insight led behaviour change through timely, accessible and inclusive marketing.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design team to develop and deliver high-quality, clear and accessible collateral that meets the needs of stakeholder and other audiences and aligns with Agency branding.
- Managing diverse range of design projects simultaneously, including monitoring and communicating progress effectively, identifying and managing risks by providing advice and recommendations, and managing team capacity, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Working to support Agency brand consistency and maintain brand integrity.
- Using data and insights, continually improving function and guidance across the design team.
- Fostering creative consistencies and innovative content creation across a range of touch points such as design, social media, engagement and online.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship
- Tertiary qualifications or extensive relevant experience in graphic design
- Extensive experience and high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Extensive stakeholder management and problem-solving expertise
