The Nintirri Early Learning Centre is operating from a new, purpose-built, 96 place facility in Tom Price, a little green oasis in the heart of the Inland Pilbara. Tom Price is situated at the doorstep of Karijini National Park and its vast and ancient landscape and rich Aboriginal heritage. There is much to discover and appreciate. The service is embedded in the Nintirri Centre, an Incorporated Association deeply committed to its mission of enriching lives and building thriving communities. Qualifications & experience
- Qualified Cert III Educator or Diploma Qualified, preferably with min. 2 years of experience in the Early Childhood Industry
Tasks & responsibilities
- Contribute to the day-to-day operation of the program in collaboration with our children, families and team.
- Contribute to the educational program including observations and documentation of ongoing work
- Monthly staff meetings and room meetings as well as Professional Development with our team and our Educational Leader after work hours
- In conjunction with the Room Leader and other Educators, implement a high quality education and care curriculum for all enrolled children
- Build and maintain professional, inclusive and positive relationships with families of the service
- Build collaborative relationships with all staff in the service based on respect, trust and honesty
- Engage in reflective practice and ongoing professional learning
